You will be responsible for conducting a diverse range of surveys, including topographic, boundary, control, and construction stakeouts. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive geodetic and land surveying operations, including control, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
- Operate and maintain precision surveying instruments (Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, drones).
- Process raw survey data using specialized software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, STAR*NET, GIS platforms).
- Prepare accurate technical reports, maps, plats, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all survey outputs conform to local government regulations and industry standards (DENR, LRA, DAR).
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and architects to provide essential surveying insights.
- Conduct site inspections and verification surveys to support design and construction phases.
- Supervise and train junior survey crew members, promoting a culture of safety and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering.
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC license is mandatory).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in land and building surveys.
- Advanced proficiency in operating Total Station and GPS/GNSS equipment.
- Expert level knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data reduction software.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasay City and travel to project sites.
