Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute field-based geological mapping and sampling programs to identify potential resource deposits.
- Supervise diamond and RC drilling operations, including core logging and structural data interpretation.
- Manage geological databases to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of exploration results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geological data into comprehensive resource models.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols at all project sites.
- Analyze geochemical data and lithological profiles to refine exploration strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports for management and stakeholders regarding site viability and progression.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geosciences from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in mining exploration or related field work.
- Proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Surpac, or Micromine).
- Strong knowledge of structural geology, mineralogy, and drilling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in remote site environments and maintain high performance under challenging conditions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex spatial data.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English (written and verbal).
