Tanggung Jawab
- Lead geological mapping projects across mining concessions using advanced GIS and remote sensing technologies
- Ensure all geological activities comply with Indonesian mining laws and environmental regulations
- Prepare detailed geological reports, maps, and legal documentation for regulatory submissions
- Conduct field investigations including sample collection, core logging, and structural analysis
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve compliance issues and permit requirements
- Develop geological models to support resource estimation and mine planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mining regulations and geological best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geological mapping with mining sector exposure
- Strong proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and geological modeling tools
- Deep understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and permitting processes
- Valid Geological Engineer certification from Indonesian regulatory authorities
- Proven ability to interpret complex geological data and produce technical documentation
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with legal, environmental, and engineering departments
