We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Geology QAQC Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our operations in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. As a key player in our resource management division, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and quality control for geological samples and data.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated QAQC team, ensuring the integrity of geological data throughout the sampling, processing, and reporting stages. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about mining operations, possesses strong technical knowledge, and can drive operational excellence in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily QAQC activities for geological sampling and analysis.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company protocols and international quality standards.
- Verify the accuracy of geological data, sample weights, and laboratory results before final reporting.
- Lead, train, and mentor the QAQC team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety procedures.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with geologists and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality processes.
- Ensure all QAQC activities comply with environmental regulations and safety guidelines specific to the Morowali industrial park.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Geology QAQC, specifically within the mining or mineral processing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of geological sampling methods, data analysis, and quality control systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote site environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards (SNI/OSHA).
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site at the Morowali location.
