Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student proficiency levels.
- Teach the Georgian alphabet (Mkhedruli), essential grammar, vocabulary, and conversational practice.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create engaging educational materials, including visual aids, audio exercises, and cultural context presentations.
- Facilitate a welcoming classroom environment that encourages active participation and cultural appreciation.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to track attendance and maintain accurate student records.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to incorporate modern language-learning technologies and remote tools if required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven fluency in Georgian (native or near-native proficiency required).
- Strong proficiency in English (and/or Malay) to effectively communicate with students.
- Prior experience in language instruction, tutoring, or education is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient teaching approach.
- Ability to explain complex linguistic concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Relevant certification in TESOL, TEFL, or a degree in Linguistics or Education is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to commute within the Sarawak region.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
