Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily geotechnical operations, including ground control, slope stability, and dewatering activities.
- Conduct and oversee geotechnical site investigations, data collection, and analysis to assess geological hazards and ground conditions.
- Develop and implement geotechnical monitoring programs for active mining areas, waste dumps, and tailings storage facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of geotechnicians and junior engineers.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, analyses, and recommendations for operational planning and risk management.
- Collaborate with mining engineers, geologists, and other departments to integrate geotechnical considerations into overall project designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering within the mining industry.
- Proven experience in supervising or leading a geotechnical team.
- Strong proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., Slide, Rocscience suite, AutoCAD, GIS applications).
- In-depth knowledge of ground control techniques, slope stability analysis, and dam engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
