Tanggung Jawab
- Lead geotechnical site investigations, including boring, sampling, and in-situ testing programs.
- Perform complex numerical modeling and finite element analysis (FEA) for deep excavations and foundation systems.
- Develop robust foundation designs for high-rise developments, including pile foundations, raft foundations, and shoring systems.
- Prepare comprehensive geotechnical interpretative and design reports for clients and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct site supervision and provide technical troubleshooting during the construction phase.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure seamless integration between soil-structure interaction and building design.
- Monitor instrumentation and structural health data during critical excavation and construction phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong focus on high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard geotechnical software (e.g., Plaxis 2D/3D, GeoStudio, gINT).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, Eurocodes, and Malaysian geotechnical standards.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or actively working toward professional certification (BEM/IEM).
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
