- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Lead, train, and motivate the crew team to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Manage daily shift operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
- Ensure all products are prepared according to strict operational standards.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet sales and service goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong desire to learn.
- Basic computer literacy for order taking and reporting.
