Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to strict McDonald's quality and safety standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional customer service at the counter.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and dining area at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as frying, grilling, and assembling meals efficiently.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
