Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
- Mentor and coach crew members to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in food preparation to minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment checks and cleaning schedules.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the F&B or retail industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/STPM) is required.
- Passion for delivering a 5-star customer experience.
