Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to strict brand standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and dining area.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process customer orders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register responsibly.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Minimum of SPM/SPMV or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work in shifts.
- Relevant experience in food service is a plus but not mandatory.
