McDonald’s Sunway Velocity is looking for a dedicated and dynamic GEP (Restaurant Manager) to lead our team in Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards and procedures.
- Ensure high‑quality food preparation, cleanliness, and safety standards across all areas of the outlet.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and performance tracking for crew members.
- Achieve sales targets and drive profitability for the restaurant.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in fast‑food or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle high pressure.
- Legal eligibility to work in Malaysia.
