Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries in German and English across multiple channels
- Process financial transactions, billing inquiries, and payment resolutions
- Provide HR support including employee onboarding, policy clarification, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency
- Adhere to data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols
- Contribute to team performance metrics and service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent German language proficiency (C1/C2 level)
- Professional English communication skills
- Experience in customer service, finance, or HR functions
