- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking guests throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and villa orientations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Act as cultural liaison between guests and local staff
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and effective solutions
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and interactions
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of Bali's attractions, culture, and local customs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with property management systems
