- Source and attract top engineering talent through strategic recruitment channels
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to onboarding
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews for engineering positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance GHD's talent appeal
- Optimize recruitment processes using HRIS and ATS platforms
- Analyze talent market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Coordinate university partnerships and campus recruitment programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in engineering/construction
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies and tools
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit
- Experience with hybrid work environments and remote recruitment
- Certification in talent acquisition or HR management preferred
