Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts, including sub-accounts, users, and permissions.
- Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and website elements within GHL.
- Design and implement complex automation workflows, triggers, and campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage CRM databases, ensuring clean data and efficient pipeline management.
- Set up and troubleshoot third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, Meta Lead Ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Provide technical support and training to internal team members regarding GHL best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience as a GoHighLevel Administrator or CRM Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of GHL features including CRM, Funnel Builder, Workflow Automation, and Email/SMS marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation strategies, and digital marketing principles.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware tools like Zapier or Make.com.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and fix technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup suitable for a remote role.
