Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) automation systems for client portfolios
- Configure, test, and optimize automation workflows across sales, marketing, and customer service funnels
- Provide technical support and training to clients on GHL features and best practices
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools via API and Zapier connections
- Develop comprehensive documentation for automation processes and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing workflow inefficiencies
- Excellent communication abilities for client training and support
- Certification in GHL or related automation technologies preferred
