As the lead for our Point of Interest (POI) projects, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of data annotation and quality control. You will manage a high-performing team of annotators, ensuring that project milestones are met with precision. Given the regional scope of our projects, the role requires native-level proficiency in Chinese and Malay to effectively handle localized data and communicate with various stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of data annotators, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process for Point of Interest (POI) data to ensure 100% accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement optimized workflows for data collection, annotation, and validation.
- Utilize ArcGIS and QGIS software to perform complex spatial analysis and data visualization.
- Serve as a linguistic bridge for projects requiring native-level fluency in Chinese and Malay for data localization.
- Identify technical bottlenecks in the production pipeline and propose scalable process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to align GIS data with broader project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in GIS data management or a similar technical leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in GIS software tools, specifically ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Native-level fluency in both Chinese and Malay (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong understanding of POI (Point of Interest) data structures and mapping standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume data environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
