Tanggung Jawab
- Operate glass forming machinery and auxiliary equipment to produce glass bottles and containers according to technical specifications.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of glass samples and finished products to ensure they meet San Miguel's quality standards.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on forming machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output and accurately record data for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, workplace standards, and environmental policies.
- Assist in shift handovers and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major equipment malfunctions to the maintenance supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience in glass manufacturing, bottling plants, or a similar industrial manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Technical knowledge of glass forming processes, quality control techniques, and basic machine operations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to identify defects accurately.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, as required by production schedules.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading production logs and operating control panels.
