- Orchestrate communication between global accounts and internal teams to prioritize customer needs and product line requirements
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Act as primary liaison for key global accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and relationship management
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer issues and deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor account performance metrics and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to align customer feedback with product development priorities
- Prepare comprehensive account analyses and strategic recommendations for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum 3 years of account management or sales experience in B2B technology sector
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across global markets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry preferred
