- Analyze cycle time data across semiconductor manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce production cycle times while maintaining quality standards
- Lead cross-functional Kaizen events focusing on operational excellence and workflow optimization
- Create and maintain cycle time dashboards using advanced analytics tools for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Document best practices and develop standardized cycle time reduction frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech operational excellence
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, Python, SQL) and statistical analysis
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in cycle time reduction projects within complex manufacturing environments
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
