- Lead global accounting and tax process integration initiatives across business units
- Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT teams to implement standardized accounting workflows
- Develop and maintain process documentation for tax compliance and financial reporting
- Optimize system configurations in ERP platforms (SAP) for tax and accounting modules
- Analyze process performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment with international tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage change management strategies for process transformation projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with CPA/ACCA qualification
- 5+ years of experience in accounting process management or tax integration
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP FICO/CO-PA) and tax automation tools
- Strong understanding of international tax regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Proven track record in cross-functional process optimization projects
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in process mapping and workflow design
- Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration
