Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and procuring raw materials, components, and services from global suppliers
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluations
- Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing stock to prevent shortages or overstock
- Coordinating with production, planning, and logistics teams for seamless material flow
- Analyzing market trends and identifying cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Implementing procurement strategies aligned with Bruker's sustainability goals
- Preparing and managing purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements
Kualifikasi
- 0-5 years of experience as a Buyer, Planner, or Material Scheduler in direct manufacturing
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
