Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement global category strategies for PCB and related components to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and finance to align sourcing decisions with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers and technologies to enhance supply chain capabilities and competitive advantage
- Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply chain risks to proactively address challenges and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and reduce total cost of ownership
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost targets
- Prepare strategic reports, budget forecasts, and category analyses for senior leadership review and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain leadership roles within the electronics, semiconductor, or PCB manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiation with proven cost savings achievements
- In-depth knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in procurement platforms, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious targets in competitive manufacturing environments
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or SCMP is highly advantageous
