- Develop and execute global category strategies for PCB procurement across multiple regions
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for high-volume electronic components
- Conduct market analysis and cost optimization initiatives for PCB materials
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical specifications with procurement strategies
- Implement risk mitigation plans for global supply chain disruptions
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across procurement, R&D, and operations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in PCB sourcing and supplier selection
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years of category management experience in electronics/PCB industry
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and multinational procurement
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Expertise in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (SAP/Ariba)
- Experience managing cross-border supply chains and international suppliers
