- Oversee and manage origin operations to ensure efficient and timely cargo flow.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to freight forwarders regarding shipping schedules and routing.
- Ensure strict compliance with global customs regulations and trade laws.
- Prepare, review, and manage all necessary import/export documentation.
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and shipping issues.
- Monitor shipping performance and adjust operational plans as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customs compliance, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
