Micron Semiconductors is seeking a visionary Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager to join our world-class team. As a linchpin in our manufacturing ecosystem, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation of critical new business processes designed to drive continuous manufacturing improvement and operational excellence across our global footprint.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between facility operations and quality assurance. You will be tasked with ensuring that our ultra-clean manufacturing environments and infrastructure systems meet the rigorous standards required for cutting-edge memory and storage solutions. Your work will directly influence the reliability of our products and the efficiency of our fabrication plants (fabs).

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute global strategies for facilities quality management and process standardization across all manufacturing sites.
- Lead the implementation of critical business processes to support continuous improvement in manufacturing yield and facility uptime.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of facility quality programs globally.
- Drive comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for facility-related excursions.
- Collaborate with site leaders to ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949).
- Manage complex, multi-million dollar global programs from conception through to successful implementation and sustainment.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify process gaps and drive lean initiatives within facilities operations.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Facilities Management or Quality Engineering within the semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in Program Management (PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Cleanroom standards, FMCS, and critical facility infrastructure (UPW, Scrubber systems, Chemicals/Gas delivery).
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean manufacturing expertise.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
- In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and risk management frameworks (FMEA).
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive presentations.
