- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute complex multidimensional facilities projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and facility performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in program management, specifically within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or facilities management sectors.
- Proven track record of leading multi-organizational teams on large-scale capital projects.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
