Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain sophisticated capacity planning models to support global Front-End manufacturing operations.
- Analyze supply chain constraints and develop predictive scenarios to optimize factory output.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align production planning strategies with demand forecasts.
- Identify and implement process improvements through data-driven insights and statistical analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop and document modeling methodologies to ensure consistency across the global organization.
- Provide technical support and training to cross-functional teams regarding planning model outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain modeling, or capacity analysis.
- Proficiency in simulation software, mathematical modeling tools, and advanced data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or R for large-scale data manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of working in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
