Are you an experienced Finance Systems professional looking to make a global impact? Regal Beloit is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Global Finance Solutions Analyst to join our team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary System Administrator for OneStream, our enterprise-grade platform for global financial consolidation, planning, and account reconciliation.
As the guardian of our financial data integrity, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to optimize our financial reporting processes, ensure system reliability, and provide top-tier support for our end users. This is a unique opportunity to own the configuration and maintenance of a mission-critical system within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary System Administrator for the OneStream platform, managing day-to-day operations and system configurations.
- Support global financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting cycles to ensure timely reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data mapping, business rules, and integration workflows.
- Maintain and update metadata, dimensions, and cube structures to reflect evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with global finance and IT stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training documentation for end-users to maximize system adoption and utility.
- Perform system audits and data reconciliation to ensure accuracy across all financial modules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or Analyst for EPM tools, specifically OneStream (or similar platforms like Hyperion/HFM).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidation logic, and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, VBA) and experience with SQL is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface with global stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a high-growth, international corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data governance and system security.
