Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight shipments from booking to final delivery
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance certificates
- Optimize routing and negotiate freight rates with ocean carriers
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive client communications
- Resolve transit disruptions and implement contingency solutions
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ocean freight forwarding operations
- Proficiency in customs procedures and documentation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CSCP, FIATA) preferred
