  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end global payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and finance stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations across multiple countries
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the payroll function
  • Analyze payroll data, metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Support the implementation and integration of payroll systems and tools
  • Lead payroll-related projects and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations, HR shared services, or process improvement roles
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar HCM platforms)
  • Proven track record in process improvement and project management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and recommend solutions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is highly advantageous
