TikTok is seeking a talented and results-driven Global HR Operation Improvement - Payroll Operation professional to join our dynamic HR Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end global payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with regional HR teams and finance stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations across multiple countries
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the payroll function
- Analyze payroll data, metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Support the implementation and integration of payroll systems and tools
- Lead payroll-related projects and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations, HR shared services, or process improvement roles
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar HCM platforms)
- Proven track record in process improvement and project management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
- Solid understanding of Malaysian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and recommend solutions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is highly advantageous
