Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for IT support and global coordination? TRT is looking for a highly skilled Global IT Service Desk Engineer - Japanese Coordinator to join our expanding team in Angeles City. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for global users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Translate technical documentation, service tickets, and communication between Japanese stakeholders and global IT teams.
- Monitor and resolve service desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot system outages and implement permanent solutions.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases to improve self-service capabilities for end-users.
- Participate in 24/7 rotation shifts as required to support our global operational footprint.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Technical Support environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN configurations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication in a high-pressure environment.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or CCNA are highly advantageous.
