  • Lead and mentor global IT service operations teams across multiple regions
  • Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and service continuity processes
  • Implement ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT service quality and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and maintain IT service documentation and knowledge base

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years in IT service management with 2+ years supervisory experience
  • ITIL Foundation/Practitioner certification required
  • Expertise in IT service desk operations and global IT support models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
  • Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication abilities
  • Knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance standards
