As our Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring that our solutions align with their strategic objectives. You will be expected to manage international relationships, which includes traveling approximately 40% of the time (1-2 weeks per trip) and engaging in cross-regional collaboration. Due to our strong presence in the US market, you must be comfortable managing a flexible schedule that includes early morning or late-night calls to synchronize with US time zones.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management to track performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or international sales.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value relationships and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
  • Comfortable working in a flexible, multi-timezone work environment, specifically US hours.
