People Profilers is seeking a high-performing Global Key Account Manager to drive business growth and cultivate long-term partnerships with our international client base. As our Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring that our solutions align with their strategic objectives. You will be expected to manage international relationships, which includes traveling approximately 40% of the time (1-2 weeks per trip) and engaging in cross-regional collaboration. Due to our strong presence in the US market, you must be comfortable managing a flexible schedule that includes early morning or late-night calls to synchronize with US time zones.

- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Serve as the dedicated global point of contact for key client accounts, fostering long-term trust and loyalty.

- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for global projects.
- Manage international travel commitments (up to 40%) to foster face-to-face relationships with key international partners.
- Maintain high availability for critical communications, including engagement across US time zones.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management to track performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or international sales.
- Proven track record of managing high-value relationships and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
