Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management
- Expertise in data quality analysis and governance frameworks
- Proficiency with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or SAP MDM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with supplier data management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
