Tanggung Jawab
- Manage immigration case files including visa applications, renewals, and compliance documentation
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations in Malaysia and target countries
- Prepare and review immigration-related legal documents with precision and attention to detail
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and legal teams regarding case status and requirements
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems and ensure data privacy compliance
- Support senior associates in developing immigration strategies for multinational clients
- Stay updated on policy changes and regulatory developments affecting global mobility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (preference for early-career lawyers in Malaysia)
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of immigration regulations and visa processes
- Proficiency in legal research tools and documentation software
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to learn immigration compliance frameworks
