StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly experienced Global NPI Quality Director to lead quality initiatives for our Semiconductor Equipment division. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) quality process from concept to commercialization, ensuring our equipment meets the highest international standards in the semiconductor industry.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing global quality strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with OEM specifications. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, including frequent international travel and potential overseas assignments to support our global operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global NPI quality strategy for semiconductor equipment products from concept to full-scale production
- Establish and enforce quality standards, protocols, and inspection procedures across all manufacturing facilities
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure design for quality and manufacturability
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues in new product introductions
- Manage quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement programs at a global level
- Foster relationships with OEM customers and ensure their quality requirements are met
- Travel internationally to support overseas operations and coordinate with regional quality teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO certifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality leadership roles within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
- Proven track record in managing NPI quality processes for complex technical products
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment, OEM requirements, and industry standards
- Experience with statistical quality control tools, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to manage global cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate overseas as required
- Experience working in international environments with diverse cultural teams
