Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Global Order Management team within the Shared Services framework.
- Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with global standards and service level agreements.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex order issues and enhance overall operational synergy.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for order management, generating insightful reports and driving data-backed performance improvements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards, managing escalations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD module, Oracle Order Management) and other relevant technologies to streamline order processing and improve data integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert for all order management inquiries and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Customer Service operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a Shared Services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing global order processes and implementing significant process improvement initiatives.
- Strong functional understanding of major ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD, Oracle Order Management) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across diverse cultures and seniority levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex global environment, demonstrating resilience and effective management of multiple priorities.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or Project Management (PMP) are highly desirable.
