We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the entire end-to-end order-to-cash operations, ensuring that every order is processed with precision and efficiency. You will serve as the critical link between our clients, logistics partners, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of products.
As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a vital role in bridging language barriers and facilitating smooth cross-border transactions with our Asian and international clientele. You will leverage your expertise in SAP to maintain data integrity and optimize order workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, from order entry to final delivery and invoicing.
- Process and validate customer orders accurately within the SAP ERP system.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, warehousing, and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving any issues regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit control procedures.
- Analyze order data and reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex order-related escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (S/4HANA experience is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
