Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select packaging suppliers globally based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
- Manage the entire packaging sourcing process, from RFQ to contract negotiation and supplier onboarding
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous improvement
- Coordinate with production teams to align packaging solutions with manufacturing requirements
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize packaging designs for efficiency and sustainability
- Track packaging inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements in packaging materials
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging sourcing or supply chain coordination
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers
- Knowledge of packaging materials, sustainability standards, and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate cost-benefit analyses and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
