Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging Global Perspectives curriculum aligned with international standards
- Facilitate student-led research projects on global challenges and cultural diversity
- Integrate technology and digital resources to connect classrooms globally
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluation methods
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities
- Organize international exchange programs and cultural immersion activities
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Teaching certification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience teaching Global Perspectives or similar curriculum
- Strong understanding of global education frameworks (IB, Cambridge, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency beneficial)
- Experience with inquiry-based and student-centered pedagogical approaches
- Proven ability to create inclusive learning environments for diverse students
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital classroom tools
