- End-to-end ownership and optimization of the Plan to Delivery process lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Oversee transportation logistics and delivery network performance
- Develop and implement process standardization and KPI frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks
- Leverage ERP and supply chain systems for data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process ownership or supply chain leadership
- Expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics optimization
- Proven track record implementing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and process automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food industry supply chain regulations and best practices
