Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive global procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and vendor diversification.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with global vendors to optimize operational costs.
- Oversee logistics coordination and inventory management to maintain operational continuity.
- Mentor and lead the procurement team to foster professional growth and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in managing global suppliers and complex supply chain networks.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- CIPS or PMP certification is highly preferred.
