Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from market research to vendor onboarding and contract management.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Oversee inventory management policies to prevent stockouts and optimize stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management.
- Proven track record of managing complex supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
