Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies to meet business objectives and reduce costs.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with key stakeholders.
- Oversee supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to align procurement activities with production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong experience in global sourcing and managing international vendor relationships.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog (local language); strong communication skills are essential.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is a plus.
