Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute global cruise product strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with international cruise line partners and regional suppliers.
- Negotiate exclusive rates, allotments, and promotional packages to ensure a competitive market position.
- Conduct deep market research to identify emerging cruise trends, traveler preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Design, curate, and launch comprehensive cruise holiday packages tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling product collateral and digital campaigns.
- Provide training and product insights to the sales force to enhance their consultative selling capabilities.
- Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in product management or procurement within the travel or cruise industry.
- Deep understanding of the global cruise landscape, including different cruise classes and regional itineraries.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret travel data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel reservation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
