As a key member of our Global Rewards team, you'll analyze compensation trends, support the implementation of equity initiatives, and ensure our reward structures align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and project management skills, offering exposure to cutting-edge HR practices in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare technology company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
- Analyze market data and salary trends to inform reward strategy decisions
- Manage cross-functional project timelines and deliverables for reward initiatives
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure alignment with regional requirements
- Develop and maintain compensation documentation and communication materials
- Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking exercises across global markets
- Support the continuous improvement of reward processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or project management
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of global compensation principles and regulatory requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively across cultural and geographic boundaries
