Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for global users across hardware, software, and network systems
  • Diagnose and resolve IT incidents, service requests, and system failures within SLA parameters
  • Manage IT assets including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and security patches
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
  • Train end-users on IT systems, security protocols, and best practices
  • Support remote work infrastructure and connectivity solutions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or system administration
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Cisco) preferred
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities
