Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of palm oil products and other commodities.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to facilitate smooth import/export processes.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Assist in business development strategies, identifying new market opportunities for our commodity portfolio.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping schedules, cargo tracking, and inventory movements.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, including procurement and sales teams, to align logistics with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping operations, logistics, or freight forwarding within the manufacturing or agribusiness sector.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
